GRAND JURY REPRESENTATION

The government charged Mr. J.N., a prosecutor in Prince William County, Virginia, with obstructing justice for allegedly interfering with an investigation while he was in office. Mr. Amolsch represented Mr. J.N.'s son, who had been Subpoenaed to the Grand Jury by the United States Attorney's Office. Despite the subpoena, Mr. Amolsch successfully kept the son from having to testify against his own father in federal court. Mr. J.N. was found not guilty.
